INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 ounce Shui Jing Fang Baijiu
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce cinnamon syrup
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- Grapefruit peel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Place the egg white and some ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly.
- Pour in baijiu, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and syrup. Shake thoroughly once again
- Pour out mixture into a rocks glass. Top with orange bitters. Garnish with peel.
